No. That is the whole point of co-managed. We work alongside your team to take things off their plate and give them backup when they need it. Our job is to make their life easier, not to take it.

What kind of access do you need?

Whatever your team is comfortable with. A lot of our co-managed clients give us a break-glass account that is fully audited on their side, so they get notified every time we use it. Other clients give us standing access to specific systems. It is your environment. You set the rules.

Can we start small and scale up?

Absolutely. Some clients start with just vacation coverage or a specific project and expand from there as trust builds. Others jump straight into ongoing support. Whatever works for your team.

What does this typically cost?

It depends entirely on what you need. A standby vacation coverage arrangement costs very different from ongoing help desk overflow. We build the plan around your actual needs, not a tier package.

How fast can you get up to speed on our environment?

Fast. We do an intake early on to document your systems, your tools, and your people. That documentation lives with your account so that any of our techs can jump in when needed without having to start from zero.
