Another tip for parents with kids learning from home: how to keep your kids safe on the internet.

"Hey guys. Going along with that hot topic of kids doing remote learning: how do we keep them safe on the internet?
"So, a few things. One: we want to make sure your antivirus is up to date, and you have a good antivirus. Talk to your IT team about what they recommend, but Bitdefender would probably be the best.
"There's a few free ones that are okay, but we recommend going with a corporate version. Whatever you're using at work, try and get the consumer version for home.
The second thing is DNS filtering. So, you can actually set a separate DNS server that will filter what your kids are going to see.
There are free ones and paid ones - both of them are great options - but what they do is they filter explicit results and keep youtube ratings and other video ratings in effect so that people can't go around those.
"I'm not saying your kids are going to do anything, but sometimes search results will inadvertently bring up something you don't want them to see. This DNS filtering will help keep that safer for your kids while they're learning from home.
"Talk to you next week."
