I would recommend Design I.T. to everyone!!  

Our company had always employed in-house I.T., so when our current person turned in his 2 weeks’ notice I was worried about how I was going to handle I.T. issues. Someone recommended Design I.T., I called, and Daniel came out to our office the next day. I had to explain to him that our computer systems are not the norm and that they were built for us specifically. Translation, we have systems that run on an older platform and could be troublesome. Daniel assured me it was not an issue and that they could handle it.

I admit it was a learning curve for both of our companies, but the employees at Design I.T. never got upset with us. They explained what they were doing, and if they didn’t have an answer right then, they worked on it until it was figured out. I have worked with many of their employees and all of them are nice, professional, and respond to issues quickly.

We have now transferred not only our computer I.T. operations to them, but we also have our phones through them now as well. I can’t wait to see what we transfer to them next.
