Our Support Options

We have several options available for our customers to chose from depending on the size of the company:

  • The IT guy: does the tasks of that IT person you would hire internally. Sets up printers, maps network drives, gets everyone talking on the internet. The one man show for small business. Can be hourly or a maintenance contract that includes X amount of hours per month.

  • Systems and Network Administrator / Engineer: For companies that have "the IT guy" or more of a helpdesk support staff and need some higher level administration and engineering of the network and servers. Hourly and Support contracts available.

  • Consulting and Project management: Work with your in house I. T. Department on larger projects to provide solutions and oversee the implementation.

  • CIO: Need interim direction at your organization? Design I. T. Solutions has acting CIO representatives.
